The Sea Global Management Associate Program (Sea Global MAP) is Sea's 2-year flagship program for aspiring graduates who seek to create a purposeful impact with technology, and become future leaders of the industry. The program comprises 4 rotations across key business functions. Applications are open till October 2026.

Going from studying law to building games was a leap I couldn't have made anywhere else, and exactly the kind of opportunity GMAP opens up. I spent my earlier rotations as an AI product designer, taking ideas from first sketch to launched product, and exploring what entertainment could become in the AI era. Now I'm working on a new game, bringing fun and memorable moments to players across different regions and languages. Crossing into a new industry felt daunting at first, but it has turned out to be the most exhilarating adventure of my career.
